Care
Inside each byAnna items you will find the label with instructions for washing and caring for the garments.
We recommend hand washing at a maximum temperature of 30 ° C, without using bleach and choosing a mild soap. For daily use, it may also be sufficient to rinse in water in order to eliminate the saltiness.

Excange or return
You can request replacement or return within 15 days of delivery, by sending the purchased product to our warehouses at your expense.

There are no commissions for the return or replacement of the product by byAnna, the only expense at your expense is the cost of shipping that you will entrust to the courier of your choice.
